Terms of Purchase

1. Agreement to Terms

By completing payment for the 12-Month How To SAHM Partner package, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

2. Scope of Partnership

Upon receipt of payment, How To SAHM agrees to provide the following services to the Client:

• Directory Listing: Inclusion in the How To SAHM Partners Directory with a featured write-up, up to 3 photos, and links to the Client’s website, social media, or online store.

• Featured Article: One personalised article about the Client’s journey as a stay-at-home mum and entrepreneur, to be published on the How To Stay At Home Mum members website.

• Community Exposure: 6 featured posts about the Client’s business within the How To SAHM community group throughout the 12-month period.

3. Client Obligations

• The Client must provide all required content (photos, bio, business description, and any other relevant materials) within 14 days of payment.

• The Client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of the materials provided.

• Any updates or changes to the directory listing or featured article must be submitted in writing and may be subject to approval by HTSAHM.

4. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

• Payment is non-refundable once services have commenced.

• Any additional services outside the scope of this agreement may incur extra fees, which will be agreed upon in advance.

5. Content and Posting Schedule

• Community posts will be scheduled in collaboration with the Client, with at least one month’s notice for each post.

• HTSAHM reserves the right to modify the timing of featured posts to align with community engagement strategies.

• Posts must align with the tone and values of the How To SAHM brand. HTSAHM reserves the right to refuse content that does not reflect these values.

6. Intellectual Property

• The Client retains ownership of all content submitted.

• By purchasing this package, the Client grants How To SAHM a non-exclusive license to use, publish, and promote the submitted content for the duration of the agreement.

7. Termination

• How To SAHM may terminate this agreement if the Client fails to provide necessary materials within 30 days of payment. No refunds will be issued in this case.

• Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to rectify the breach within 14 days of receiving written notice.

• In the event of termination, no refunds will be issued for services already delivered.

8. Liability

• How To SAHM is not responsible for the performance or success of the Client’s business as a result of this partnership.

• How To SAHM will not be liable for any damages, including indirect or consequential losses, arising from the use of services provided under this agreement.

9. General Provisions

• This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or communications.

• Any amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and approved by both parties.

By completing payment, the Client agrees to all terms and conditions outlined above.
